Shipping Worldwide

We ship to USA, Canada, EU countries and Australia via UPS and FedEx companies. Standard delivery period is between 2 to 5 days. This period may vary according to the workload of the local agency of the shipping company serving to your address.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns due to raw materials cannot be reused. However, if the defect in the products originating from us or the courier company is detected with a report to be issued by the courier, a re-shipment of the products or a refund can be made.

We’ll message you including the design file.

You’ll review the design file and approve or request change(s) on the design.

When you approved the design file, we’ll produce your order and close it with a shipment tracking code.

Your order document will be sent to the e-mail address you created your subscription to when your package is on its way.

In general, your order will be produced no later than 2 days after you approve the design file.

Your order will reach you in 3-5 days on average with FedEx or UPS companies after production.

If your order has not been processed and the production has not been made, the order may be canceled and a refund given. We usually process orders within 12 hours so if your mind changes after ordering, please ask via live chat immediately.
